Sarah’s Story

Sarah is an experienced HR executive and advisor who has spent her career building healthier, higher-performing organizations. Her work spans large-scale HR operations, global workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and culture transformation.

She has partnered directly with CHROs, executive teams, and founders as a trusted thought partner, helping them make confident decisions that balance business needs with people-first values. Her strength lies in translating complex challenges into clear strategies and practical actions that teams can execute with confidence.

Sarah founded Humankind Consulting to bring that expertise to growing organizations that need tailored HR guidance, leadership support, and scalable people strategies. Her work is rooted in empathy, accountability, and a belief that strong cultures and strong results go hand in hand.
